Card Printing Question

Leslee emailed me this question, so I thought I would post it and the response her in case anyone else is having an issue.

"When I go to print the image of the cards it takes up the whole 8 x 11 sheet of paper, and sideways when I try to rotate it, it says it’s locked. Are we supposed to fold it to fit in the well? I’ve printed your clearing card and the #3 lock Gem /solids, they both print sideways.I thought I heard you very briefly mention something about a Radatti liquid card????"

Answer: I realized after the class that it works better to right click on the card, select open image in new tab.  Then go to the new tab on your browser, right click on the card image, then select save image as.  Save it on your computer. (I usually save to my downloads file.)  This next part may vary depending on your computer setup: Then go to your downloads file and open the picture file. This should open it in your photos app.  From this app, you can rotate as needed, and print.  I print on 4x6 picture paper, so I have to change the paper size to 4x6. If you don't have 4x6 picture paper, then it will print as a 8.5x11.  If this is the way you need to print it, then yes, fold it so it fits in the well.  There are ways to get it to print as a 4x6 or smaller on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper with some advanced computer skills.

Yes, Pete also has a Lock-1 WATER / Liquids Card (#6).  I do not have that on the website.

I print on 4x6 photo paper and my printer gives me the option for the size of the printed picture & I make it 2"x3" (the size of a business card) and that fits nicely into the well (it is also the size of the plastic cards used to store/save the card).
