Session, Cancellation, and Privacy Policies

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes life happens and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  A minimum of 24 hours notice is required.  A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice.  You may have the option of switching to a Remote Session instead of canceling or rescheduling (approval required).  If no notice is given (a “no show” – you don’t answer your phone when I call or you don’t show up for your appointment), a full session fee will be charged. 

Session Policy

  • A separate session must be scheduled for each person, animal or place that a you would like a session for.

  • Every session is unique and may not need the entire scheduled time frame.  You are charged the full fee per session regardless.  

  • Please have your questions and updates ready at the beginning of the session.  Generally, there is not time at the end of your session to answer additional questions.  

 

Essence Healing reserves the right to make changes to prices and policies without notice.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Essence Healing collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from clients. This privacy policy applies to all products and services offered by Essence Healing.

 

Personal information

We may collect personal identification information from clients in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when clients fill out a form and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available. Clients may be asked for, as appropriate: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and personal information.

 

How we use collected information

Essence Healing may collect and use client personal information for the following purposes:

- To improve customer service improving response time to your requests and support your needs more efficiently.

- To personalize your experiences

- To send periodic emails pertaining to your services. Email or text messages may also be used to respond to your inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.

 

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information.

 

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent client personal information to others.

 

Changes to this privacy policy

Essence Healing has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the date at the bottom of this page.  You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
